Q. What is Cosplay Company all about?
A. We design and bring to life costumes that can be added to your regular casual wardrobe. We also have a cool range of novelty hoodies.
Q. What size should I order?
A. There are size guides on each product page to help you choose your size. If you’re still not sure get in touch here (link to size form).
Q. Will this fit my child?
A. A lot of the time the smallest size of an item will be suitable for a teenager not yet in adult sizes, you can still use the size guides to help you or contact us here if in doubt.

Q. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
A. If you have a tracking number, you have the power to check on the progress of your item and to contact the courier to find out further information. If you have paid for tracking but don’t have a number contact us and we will provide it. Failing all of that, contact us and we will investigate.
Q. How do I return an unwanted item?
A. We hope you are satisfied with your purchases but if you ever need to return an item you can within 7 days of receipt.
